Many times we see lot of people leaving their jobs because they found work place politics affecting their life. Internal office politics involving people at work place are sometimes bad and unavoidable. These politics not only affect the normal working of job, but also may sometime cause people to quit their jobs. This results in loss of human resource for a company. To get good people for working in any organization is a difficult task. However to ignore internal politics at work place can cost companies dearly. People usually want to remain in groups; sometime they do not like others to enter in their group. This tendency sometimes forces formation of lot of subgroups in the office. For every group agenda of their group is more important than what is actually required. They try to promote people from their group more over the others.
