Saying Goodbye to worry and Sadness

Within a few hours, we will enter a new year and gets a new opportunity to live a life in a new way. With the start of a new year, the first thing each person needs to do is to say goodbye to the old worries and sadnesses. Every person should try to leave the bad things of the past in the past only and there is no need to carry these things with you to the future.

It is a common tendency of human beings to worry about many things that may never occur. If something happens to someone else we start worrying that this may happen to us also. However, we need to keep in mind that every person is different and his life is different, therefore, it is not necessary that what happens to others will also happen to you. So let's worry less and live more worry-free.

Sadness is the second enemy of every person and every person suffers from it. But it is not right to stick to the sadness and we need to move forward in life. Many things will happen in life which will make us sad, however, we nee…

Walking is the best and easiest exercise available with us

The main reason behind most of the health problems in humans is a tendency to avoid exercise. If any person is doing exercise regularly then his chances of suffering from any disease or illness are very less. I have already explained to you in Success Mantras Lesson 2 - Good Health that good health is the most important part of success in life and any success is not fruitful if comes at the cost of health. We can only enjoy any success in life if we have good health, therefore, it is very important to maintain good health at any cost.

To have good health, we need to eat healthy food and do some regular exercise. However, most people do not do enough exercise and they tend to avoid it. People are always ready with many excuses to not exercise. Some say that exercises are hard to do or some say that they don't have time to visit a gym. To all these people, I would like to say that they can exercise very easily by just walking for some time. According to many studies, it is found tha…

Don't allow others to play with your mind?

If any person can anyhow succeed in reaching your mind, then he gets a chance to control you and your behavior because our mind has the power to control our body and behavior. Therefore, it is very important to guard our minds against any such attempt.

The main problem is that our mind is constantly attacked to get access to it. People try to reach our minds through their talks, gestures, and behaviors. On the other hand, advertisers and strong people try to reach our minds with the help of advertisements, fake news, or other universal methods.

Here the biggest catch is that we often don't have an idea of any attempt to play with our mind. Many people's mind is played with and they are used as Ginni pigs by others to fulfill their dreams. Now it is your choice to remain in the control of others or take back the control of your mind.

We can only think independently and freely when our mind is either not controlled or influenced by others. We can take control of our minds by tak…

Another new year is coming (Thoughts for New Year)

Every year, we see the same story repeated in front of us and this story keeps on repeating itself till we are alive. A new year comes and an old year says goodbye. I believe that the concept of having years has many advantages because each coming year comes with an opportunity to change our lives and adds some new twist to it. If we are not living our lives as we wanted to then we can always have a new year to do it. In just a few days, we will enter a new year and we can make this year a year of our dreams coming true.

Many people never get the courage to live a life about which they always dreamt because their fears stop them midway.  I have already explained in my previous post "Your fears are keeping you down" that how our fears are bad for us. We need to learn to deal with our fears. Fears are a common part of our life and they affect every person on this planet. Successful people are those who know well to surpass their fears and look for new hopes in their dreams.

Release of Rs 100 coin in the memory of Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a Rs 100 coin in the memory of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. From the time of introduction of Indian currency, our currency has seen many changes. From time to time, our governments release such coins to celebrate the contribution of eminent personalities in shaping India. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was also one such leader who was loved by all people. During his life, Vajpayee lived a simple life and never indulged in any kind of corruption during his career. It is quite difficult to find such leaders who put their country ahead of their own self.

The main features of this coin are an emblem of India on one side and portrait of Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the other side. Tomorrow is the birthday of Late Vajpayee and this coin is released just one day before his birthday. It is a commemorative coin and will be available in limited edition. Vajpayee is the one leader who did great work in shaping today's BJP. Today, BJP has emerged as a biggest political p…

Migration to Big cities is a major problem than the migration to other countries

Today, we hear a lot of hues and cry about the world migration crisis with people from one country moving to another country for a better life. However, we don't talk much about the problem of migration to the big cities. I have already covered this problem in my previous post "Why people migrate from villages to big cities?" In this post, I discussed in length that how people in the villages are forced to move to big cities and how in big cities they live under bad conditions. These big cities lure innocent villagers by showing many dreams of success and money, however, don't show all the bad sides of the big cities.

Due to the crisis in countries like Syria, Yemen and others; we see many people making desperate efforts to reach European nations. Many of these people use very dangerous methods to reach Europe like crossing the sea in small boats which sometimes sink midway. When something like this happens then we see worldwide newspapers filled with the headlines of…

Your thoughts are your friend or your enemy

Thoughts are a very common part of human life and we go through millions of thoughts every day and even while sleeping this process continues. The thoughts we have makes a great difference in our day-to-day life because of their effect on our mood. Good thoughts lead to a good mood and bad thoughts lead to a bad mood. Therefore it is very important to check our thoughts and doesn’t allow them to become our own enemy. We have the power to alter our thoughts and we need to utilize this power to make our thoughts positive. Sometimes we become a victim of the vicious cycle of bad thoughts and find it very hard to overcome them. Such negative thoughts if not controlled become our enemy. (Also read - Don't allow others to play with your mind?)

Many people live such a life in which their thoughts act as their enemies. They don’t have control over their thoughts so thoughts play with them. Mostly when we are free we get engaged in negative thoughts, thus it is very important to keep oursel…

Dark truth of modern world 'Depression', Are you suffering from it?

In the present world, depression has become very common and it has become a silent killer. Today depression is the main reason behind many health issues and mental illnesses. However, the problem is that very less people are aware of the dangers of depression. It is very difficult to Recognize people who are suffering from depression from their outer outlook because in day-to-day life such people look quite normal. Therefore sometimes people are not able to recognize their own family members suffering from depression.

Depression is a modern world disease and it is the gift of modern society. The more people are becoming alone the more are the chances of depression entering their lives. They’re already many studies which clearly state that depression is a silent killer. Therefore it needs to be treated with care. In India, we are slowly becoming aware of the problems caused by depression. In the past three years, the rate of depression among people’s has increased significantly in Indi…

Life is very short so live it fully

The saddest part of the life of many people is that they die before realizing that life is very short and for many things, they will not get a second chance. Life passes very fast and no one knows for sure that how much time he or she has got with them. Generally, no one tells this secret to us because they themselves don't know. Death comes so fast that most of us are unaware of it. When a child is born then he doesn't bothered about death because of his limited intelligence. When he becomes adult, he feels that he has the whole life in front of him.

He chooses a carrier and starts working hard to achieve goals of his life. Soon, he becomes so busy in all this that he doesn't get time to realize that life is fast moving out of his hands. Only on the deathbed, he gets few seconds to think about the biggest mistake of his life. I am not suggesting you that you should not work hard or choose a carrier. I am only suggesting you be aware of the life going out of your hands. Wh…

Importance of clean environment

Read in Hindi
It is very important to take care of our environment because our health and our survival on the earth directly depends on the health of our environment. It is very easy to find dirt and pollution at many places across the world and a large population of the world is living in these bad and unhygienic conditions.

People are drinking unclean drinking water and they are breathing polluted air; so, this pollution of the environment is causing many people to suffer from various health problems. Whereas if we live in a clean environment then we can live a healthy life and we can achieve this by understanding the importance of a clean environment.

Sadly, we see very little being done to address this matter and we are slowly creating more polluted spaces on earth. Today, it is very hard to find clean places in several parts of the world. Slowly, the governments across the world are opening eyes to address this issue.

It is very important for every individual in this world to und…

What is Age difference of Abhishek and Aishwarya? Is Age difference really matter in Marriages?

Abhishek Bachan and Aishwarya Rai Bachan hardly need any introduction and they are the most successful and best couples of Bollywood. They married on 20-4-2007 and that time, there were speculations about their marriage that will there marriage be a success or not? Till now their married life is going very smoothly and they become proud parents of a beautiful daughter Aaradhya on 16th Nov, 2012.

The marriage of Abhishek and Aishwarya was unique in one more way. Aishwarya Rai is older than Abhishek Bachan by 2 yrs and 2 months which is the opposite of the general trend in India where mostly groom age is more than a bride. Date of Birth of Aishwarya Rai is 1st November 1973 and Date of Birth of Abhishek Bachan is February 5th, 1976. Even after six years of their marriage, this matter is the main point of many talks and at many places where the age of the girl is more than a boy, then this example is given.

Abhishek Bachan has followed the example of his father Amitabh Bachan who has marri…

Threat to Indian Peafowls (Peacocks)

Read in Hindi A few years ago, it was common in the media to read such news as "20 peacocks were found dead", "Indians could no longer be proud as a house of peacocks", "peacocks were poisoned", "peacocks on the verge of extinction.". During my childhood, it was very common to see peacocks in most rural areas of India; However, as I grew, I noticed a sharp decrease in the number of peacocks. Earlier in the state of Punjab in India, you could usually see peacocks sitting quietly in the fields or on the terrace. However, due to poaching, indiscriminate use of poisons, and pesticides, the number of peacocks has declined sharply and it has become very unusual to see these beautiful birds.
In 1991, the population count for Indians peacocks by WWF India found that after India's independence, the peacock population has halved in India. Killing peacocks is a non-bailable offense in India and anyone who kills peacocks can be imprisoned for three years…
