Last time, I shared with you an easy and tasty method to make Tori (Ridge Gour) ki sabzi. Today, I will share a simple and fast method to cook tasty Calabash (Bottle Gourd) Sabzi under 5 minutes. To make this sabzi, I have chosen a desi variety of Bottle gourd. Calabash is quite popular in India because of its health properties. It is very rich in essential nutrients like vitamins (B1, Vit C) and minerals (Calcium, Potassium). Therefore, we should add it to our food. However, lots of people don't like it because they say that its sabzi is not tasty. Today, I will change it for them by sharing a recipe that is very easy and tasty too. Ingredients you need to make Sabzi of Calabash -
1) Cooking Oil (My choice Mustard Oil)
2) One Tablespoon Cumin seeds and five cloves of garlic and some ginger.
3) Haldi, Red Chilli powder, Kashmiri Mirch, and salt as per taste
4) One Tablespoon Garam Masala
5) Two Tomato
6) One Kg Calabash (We used Desi Lauki)

Step to make a tasty Bottle Gourd Sabzi-
1) Peel off the outer skin and cut the Bottle Gourd into small pieces.
2) Also cut Garlic, ginger, and Tomato to small pieces.
3) Take a Pan and add some Mustard oil to it.
4) Allow the oil to heat up
5) First, add some cumin seeds and then cut pieces of Garlic and ginger
6) When garlic and ginger become brown, add tomato pieces.
7) Add Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli, and Kashmiri Chilli
8) Allow the mixture to cook well and then add the pieces of Bottle gourd and mix well.
9) Cover the Pan with something so it allows sabzi to cook fast.
10) When sabzi is almost cooked then add Garam Masala.
By following these simple steps, you can easily cook a tasty bottle gourd sabzi in minutes.
