It is crucial to understand that most people are resistant to change, and if you genuinely wish to help someone transform, it requires establishing a strong understanding with them and presenting the benefits of the desired changes.
Approaching this process with patience and empathy will increase the likelihood of the person willingly embracing the change. Conversely, attempting to enforce change through nagging and force is futile and counterproductive. To foster harmonious relationships, let us focus on our own personal growth and understanding, rather than fixating on changing others.
