Many people do not take walking as a serious exercise and due to this reason, they fail to get the amazing benefits of walking. Though, walking may look like a very simple exercise to do but in reality, it has great potential. Moreover, anyone can do it easily without the need for any equipment or people. We also ignore walking as an exercise because we somehow believe that we walk enough daily and there are no advantages associated with walking. This is the biggest myth with which we are living. Just by walking 5000 steps daily, we can achieve great health benefits. One of the reasons for the better health of people of previous generations was their habit of walking. With the availability of various types of vehicles, we find it more convenient to drive than to walk.
