I have been using blogging from last many years and it is still one of favorite tools to express my feelings. With the advent of YouTube, many people have shifted to video blogging because it much easier and convenient than writing. But some people like me are still opting the writing over the video blogging because in writing you get time to collect your thoughts and express it. People interested in reading always find the material which they love to read but we can't undermine the power of video blogging because today's generation has very less time, so they want more information in small time.
Choosing between a blog and a video blog depends on your strengths and goals. Writing a blog is ideal for detailed, thoughtful content and can be more accessible for those who prefer reading. On the other hand, a video blog can engage audiences more dynamically through visuals and voice, potentially building a stronger personal connection. Videos can be more effective for tutorials and demonstrations, offering immediate, visual explanations. Ultimately, the best platform depends on whether you excel in writing or speaking and what kind of content resonates with your audience. Moreover, people are doing multitasking, so it becomes easy for them to listen news while doing something else.
However, this is not possible with reading because when you are reading then you need full attention otherwise you may not get the full meaning. Therefore, readers are more involving than the people who just watch. Everything has its shortcomings and advantageous. People can make their choices accordingly to choose the content they want. Both forms of blogging whether its writing blogs or making video blogs have great power and reach. We are becoming aware of many new and interesting things because of these platforms. People always love to try the platform which offer them good quality information rather than just platforms made to make money.
With time, it is also important to change with time and try new things, but best thing is to do what you love the most. When we love what we are doing then it doesn't matter to us that what it is giving us back. Our content should be such that it makes lives of people better and provide them true and relevant information rather than making false content. On internet, we can find a good amount of content which is created to mislead people and make money by fooling people. This kind of blogging in any form does not work for long time.
