  • Morning Meal: Eat a full, balanced meal within 2.5 hours after sunrise (by 9:30–10:00 AM).
  • Evening Meal: Finish dinner at least half an hour before sunset.
  • Meal Gaps: Maintain 4–6 hours between meals, avoiding snacks in between.
  • No Late-Night Eating: After sunset, refrain from eating to allow the body to rest and heal.

This rhythm mirrors the natural habits of birds and animals, who eat with the sun and rest with the night.
