Last time, when I wrote about the world-famous businessman and popular personality Elon Musk then we discussed some basic points about him. At present, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in the US visit and during this visit, he also meets Elon Musk. After the meeting, Elon Musk praised Modi and told that he is a great fan of him. Elon Musk has expressed admiration for India's potential as a market for electric vehicles and renewable energy. Tesla, one of the companies Musk leads, has made efforts to expand its presence in India. In the past, Musk has also mentioned his appreciation for certain policies related to sustainable energy in India.
So far, Elon Musk and his companies have remained away from directly investing in India. However, after the take over of twitter things have quite changed for Elon Musk as Twitter enjoys largest base of Indian users, therefore, Musk doesnot want to offend them. Moreover, India has emerged as much bigger market in recent past thus making it hard for any big businessman to avoid this opportunity. After the meeting of Musk and Modi, we can hope that Elon Musk will positively think about investing in India which will further give boast to the Indian economy.
India is moving fast in the sectors like electric vehicles, space technoogy, renewable energy extra. So far, Elon Musk's Tesla company has remained away from India because India want Tesla cars to be manufactured in India and not imported from other countries like China. Now we can hope for a solution to this problem which will be a beneficial option for both parties. Elon Musk has already assured that he will work hard to bring Telsa to India as soon as possible. For India to become a next super power, it need support and investment from world's big companies.
