1) You simply need a quiet place to sit comfortably on the ground like you sit in a yoga. (If you are not comfortable to sit on the ground, then you can sit on a chair or this mantra can be chanted while you are in bed).
2) Calm your mind and Close your mind
3) Keep a bowl full of water in front of you.
4) Chant Mahamrityunjaya Mantra with full concentration for 15-30 minutes.
5) When you are finished with chanting, sprinkle the water in all corners of your home so that any negative energy may not remain in your home.
