Mental violence is more dangerous than Physical violence

Mental, ViolenceWe live in a world where violence is very prominent. We all suffer from various kinds of violence in our lives and one of the most unseen parts of the violence is mental violence. People who torture us mentally mostly never got caught because we can't provide physical evidences against them. Moreover, these people never agree with the any mental violence done by them against us.

We can divide violence in two parts of Mental violence and Physical violence. We can easily see the physical violence and we can show its evidences to the world; however, the mental violence is mostly remains hidden from the eyes of the world because it is not easy to show it to the world. Because of this nature of mental violence, many people use mental violence to torture their opponents.

The people who do mental violence, they know that their preys will never be able to provide any hard proofs against them; thus they opt for mediums of mental violence without any fear. Human health depends on both of his mental and physical health. We can harm any person by destroying his mental or physical health or by destroying both.

Generally, people find it easy to attack on the mental health of a person; through the various forms of mental violence. Due to mental violence, many people suffer and some even lose their lives because of high pressure of mental violence. However, no one gets caught in the world because we hardly get enough proofs against the people causing mental violence.

To have a good society, it is very important to have a check on the mental violence and it needs to be discouraged like the physical violence. Today, we have some laws to book people causing mental violence; however, they are not enough and level of awareness among people about the mental violence is very low.

Importance of Appreciation, Why should you appreciate others? (Success Mantra 3)

Appreciation, Imprortance, Good, Job
"Appreciation is a wonderful thing; it makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well. (Voltaire)"

In the Lesson 2 of Success Mantra (Good Health), we understood the importance of good health and now, we will learn why it is important to appreciate others. We live in a world surrounded by people like us. We all share same basic human needs of love, appreciation, acceptance etc. Today, I am going to write about appreciation and how important it is in life to appreciate others. This is success mantra 3 and you can become a successful person by making it your habit to appreciate others. Now go back in the past and put some pressure on your memory to remember the incidence when someone appreciated you for your good work and how you felt on that day.

Every person will give the same answer that he enjoyed the appreciation and felt motivated to work even harder to continue same good work. This is the power of a few words of appreciation. If you want to become a good human being, then you must make it your habit to appreciate the good work of others whenever you came across such a work. We all human need constant motivation and appreciation to continue with the good work we are doing.

"A person who feels appreciated will always do more than what is expected. (unknown)"
Daily thought, appreciated, expected, Daily quote

However, it is very important, to be honest with our words and these words should come straight from our heart. In this world, two types of energy are at work, one is positive energy and second is negative energy. Appreciation is positive energy which gives a boost the energy of the person who is appreciated. White the negative energy like criticism work in the opposite by decreasing the energy of the person.

There always exist some bad forces in the world which spread negative energies, even if they are doing a good job; and due to these negative forces, many good people leave their good work/jobs in the middle. As a good human being, it is our job to appreciate a person who is doing a good job. Our few words of appreciation can be very valuable for a person and he may achieve great height because of these words.

Now, it depends on us that what kind of the world we want to create, a world full of negativity or a word full of positivity. By encouraging the right people who full of positive energy, we can create a positive world for all of us. The habit of appreciating others, also make us a better human being in the eyes of others and many people appreciate us back for the kind words.

"Every word is made of energy, either it represents positive energy or negative energy. The words you choose decide you are spreading positive or negative energy in the world. (Arvind Katoch)"

How you can appreciate Others (Few Points)-

It is simple to appreciate others for their good work. Even a simple thank you can do the job at some places. However, the important part in appreciation in not words, but the feeling you convey with these words. It doesn't matter your appreciation is made of few words or many words. What matters is how you say these words. Few examples of words used for appreciation-

1) Thank You
2) I appreciate your work/effort.
3) I love you
4) You have done an excellent job
5) Without you, it was impossible to complete this job.
6) Thanks for being part of my life.

Why Indian farmers are in distress? Does Reservation agitation associated with farming crisis?

Indian Farmer, Distress, Pain,
Indian farmers are in great pain and it is not a secret anymore. The recent Indian government's budget also indicates that Indian farmers need immediate attention; therefore, the Government of India has come up with many schemes for the rural infrastructure and farmer's welfare; though, many critics still believe that lots of more are required to be done to address the distress among farmers.

Not only Indian farmers are in distress, the farmers across many nations are facing difficult situations which are forcing them to abandon farming. A few days back, I was watching a show on the Aljazeera channel about a shortage of food items in Venezuela. In this study, I found that Venezuela exports 80% of its essential food and due to a decrease in oil prices, it has become very costly for Venezuela to continue with older pattern.

Such stories are going to become common in most of the nation who will ignore their farmers. Today, we are able to eat well in India only because of the Indian farmers who is producing most of the essential food items at home and at an affordable rate. If these farmers stop growing food and shift to other jobs then there will be a scarcity of food and most of the food items will become very expensive out of the reach of most of the people.

Already, we are witnessing food inflation and many people are not able to eat a good daily meal. Recent, Jat and Patel reservation agitations are also seen associated with a decrease in the income from farming. These two castes traditionally in farming are finding it hard to continue the same work of farming because of decreasing income and increasing input cost. In the last three years, fertilizer prices have increased three times in India and similarly, prices of seeds and other input for farming have increased.

I have come across many farmers who say that farming is becoming very risky day by day because of decreasing income and uncertainty of good food production. Therefore, they do not want their children to do the same job. However, simultaneously they do not find themselves competitive enough to get high paying government jobs without reservation. In my last article Worst Condition of Indian Farmers, I showed some data which highlight the poor condition of Indian farmers.

So far, thousands of Indian farmers have committed suicide in the last few years and this number is likely to increase as more and more farmers becoming the victim of loans at a higher interest rate. In this whole setup, big companies, middlemen, and governments are making profits in the name of poor farmers. Farming matters come under the state government; however, many state governments don't do much for the welfare of farmers.

We need to create an improvement where Indian farmers find it easy to continue with farming. Our governments need to take measures which decrease the cost of input for farmers. Second, it is very important for the government to provide cheap loans for farmers so that they don't become a victim of loans at higher interest from the moneylenders. We still have time to save Indian farmers from leaving farming and making farming again a profitable work. Industrialization alone can't solve all of our problems and we need to make some balance between industrialization and farming.
