What is Truth (Reality) of Dharmshala Gang Rape?

From the last few days, I was seeing a trend in social media about a Gang Rape in the Dharmshala city of Hiamchal Pradesh. In the last three days, the numbers of such posts increased many times with few pages created on Facebook to support the rape victim.

As per the post and information shared on the social media, "A Dharmsala college girl was gang raped and her condition is very critical. It was further circulated that all culprits of rape are from rich and influential families; and one of them is a relative of a ruling party minister."

Initially, I also thought that this incidence is real and there is a try to stop justice to a poor girl because it is promoted in such a way.

A Few lines from a message circulated on Facebook-
"News of Brutal rape of a girl in Dharamshala Degree college has shaken the conscience and spirits of the youth of this state. There are protests going on around the campus, There is news coming of witnesses being threatened and sense of fear is looming around the city. Students are accepting privately that incident has occurred but no one dares to come out in public. Their fear indeed is genuine when incident in itself is laced with allegations of an involvement of some high profile people."
One of Circulated Images-

Few more images include a badly injured girl with head injury and a girl wrapped in Indian flag with a hand trying to snatch the flag to rape her. Further, it is circulated that she is Nirvaya of Himachal Pradesh.

If we go by the messages, then the rape victim girl belongs to Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. Initially, it was shared that she is admitted to the Tanda Medical College, but the doctors are not treating her due to political pressure.

Today, HP police told to media after three days of investigation that this is a false case and no such incidence has occurred. The reports of this incident become so viral that this news spread like fire not only in Himachal Pradesh, but around the world.

Even Chief Minister of Hiamchal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh issued statement on this matter and appointed a female IPS officer to investigate this matter.

Message by CM -
"Virbhadra Singh - Please help the police if you have any information about the case and request the media not to publish false information. Sharing a press release made by Kangra Police today (Post by Admin)"
 Press Note Copy-

I do belong to Hiamchal Pradesh; therefore, this news got my attention and made me worried. Today, there is a big confusion and doubt in the minds of people of Hiamchal Pradesh and in India that what is the real matter.

Why this matter becomes so viral on social media? If there is no fire, then why so much smoke? Has there been any political pressure to save culprit? Or It is a try to defame present Congress government or its minister?

Now the Cyber cell of Hiamchal Pradesh police is investigating from where all this started.

It is very important to catch the real culprits in this case whether they are rapists or the people who circulated the false news.

Fight against the VIP culture in India

VIP Culture, India
In India, VIP culture is very common and we can find many so called VIPs around us. Recently, during my short drive of two hours from Hoshiarpur to Ropar in Punjab, I noticed more than two dozen VIP cars crossing me. Around a half dozen of these cars were belonging to ministers and they have a full security cover.

In India, it is common to see state and center minister moving in convoy of many vehicles each carrying four to six security personals. Not only ministers, but their relatives, friends and party workers do start enjoy VIP treatments. Everywhere in India, such VIPs always enjoy special privileges and common men suffer because of them.

Many times, we hear news that a flight was delayed for hours to accommodate a VIP or a VIP is allowed special pass. Today, common people are becoming aware of this wrong practice where public servants are given VIP treatment and they enjoy on the hard earned tax payers money. In a country like India, where Poor farmers don't have money to buy diesel for their water pumps, the cars of convoys of VIPs waste so much of diesel on daily basis.

How long, we can allow such wastage and special treatment to these leaders when our constitution says that every person has the same rights. To make a good India, we first need to stop this VIP culture. Newly created Aam Admi Party initially showed some hope when it said that it will not allow VIP culture and its ministers will not take security cover. However, after the election, it is also following the steps of other parties.

In the present educated Indian society, every person knows his or her constitutional rights. However, most of people still fear to raise voice against this bad culture where few people enjoy VIP treatments at the cost of common Indian tax payers. Today, our society is trapped in the hands of big politicians and rich people; and these people exploit situations to their advantage.

Today, many people just come in to politics to get the VIP treatment only. I feel happy when I see increasing resentment in people against the VIP culture and one day, I hope that VIP culture will become a history in India.

Does it is more easy in India to become Rich than to speak freely ?

Free Speech, Speak Freely
Today, I feel that India is slowly becoming a nation where it is much easier to become rich than to speak freely. India is growing fast and we are seeing newer opportunities to become rich. Those who fail to make money through the right way, they use the wrong ways to become rich like false land deals, scams, financial frauds, corruption, religious frauds extra to become rich.

Therefore, we are seeing an increase in numbers of rich people in India. This is a great progress for once a poor country like India. However, I am very much concerned for the decreasing acceptance of free speech. Today, you can't say a corrupt person corrupt or a false religious practice a false practice because otherwise, their supporter may even kill you.

When you speak truth, then you also attract unwanted attention and criticism. You are forced to change your thinking and to follow the current trend of thinking. You know that many wrong things are taking place around you, but you keep quiet because you know somewhere that whole system is on one side. I am not alone who know all this, every common Indian knows that he is repeatedly made fool by corrupt leaders.

Today, corruption has reached very deep in our system and it has even corrupted the thinking ability of people. Controlled media highlights some factors and hide many genuine ones. People start believing and accepting what they are repeatedly told, by leaders and the media. They just come to know about the wrong side of these issues after a long time when nothing can be done.

The best country or a place in the world is one where people are free to speak and express their opinions without any threat, irrespective of the numbers of rich people in that country. If you are a country with many rich people, but there is right to speak freely, then you are not free at all.

Remove the dust of Negativity from your mind to live Happy Life

Happy Life, Negativity, Positive Thinking, Negative Thinking
Every person in this world wants to live a happy life; however, only a few of them actually succeed in living a happy life. Why so many people remain away from living a happy life. Do the luck or circumstances play a major role in making their lives unhappy? Or there is something else which makes them unhappy.

Today, we live in an environment or social system where no one gives importance to the mental health of a person. We are encouraged to learn so many things in life; but no one teaches us well what we should think or how we should think?

Due to the wrong thinking pattern, we create an unhappy life for ourselves and for the people around us. We never realize that negative thinking is the main reason behind our unhappiness. We keep negativity in our mind; and even keep on increasing the amount of negativity in our mind with time; thus becoming more and more unhappy with each passing day.

While we can live a much happier and enjoyable life by just correcting our thinking process. When we start removing negativity from our mind, then we soon start to see a huge change in our life. The more positive thinking, we add to our thinking process, the more positive person we become.

With time, the dust of negativity settles down on our mind and paralysis our thinking ability. Due to the negative thinking pattern, we create an unhappy life.  We need to remove the dust of negativity from our mind, so that our mind can feel fresh to thinking positively.

With a free and a positive mind, you can easily live a happy life. Soon you will see new opportunities in life and you will start enjoying life.

In Life, it is Now or Never

Now, Never
It is very important for all of us to understand few things very early in life because we can hardly afford to miss future Happiness and successes. However, when we lose our sight of important tasks (things), then we mostly meet with prospective failures in life. Most of failures in life are nothing but our failure to see life clearly.

Many times, people believe that they have enough time to make the right decision; however, they fail in understanding the importance to now or never. In life, we are required to take numbers of immediate decisions because otherwise time to take these decisions may not remain. Our today’s decisions will decide our future and for a successful future, we need to take right decisions at present.

Slight push or hurry in taking decisions can make us comfortable in the future; therefore, it is important to start seeing right opportunity now (in the present) because they may or may not be available in front of us in future. Many opportunities in life never repeat themselves and then, we repent ourselves for not giving importance to these decisions.

Life is a journey where we are making decisions to choose the numbers of paths; however, many people fail to board this bus going towards success and happiness. Today’s choices and hard work can easily shape our future, thus making us comfortable in future. It is always hard to change our present; however, we can easily change our future by making right choices in the present.

Everything useful for us is stored in the present (now), we are only required to see these opportunities. People who understand the importance of now succeed in changing their future; however, people who fail in recognizing now (present) fail in future also.
